💡 Consejo de práctica: Dilo muy lento primero, enfocándote en la posición exacta de tu lengua, labios y garganta. Una vez que domines la articulación limpia, ve aumentando la velocidad progresivamente.
Para practicar la 'J' con vibración (/dʒ/)
- 'Jack and Jill enjoy juice in June.'
- 'A gentle giant enjoys jumping near the jungle.'
(Recuerda: la J debe hacer vibrar tus cuerdas vocales, como si dijeras una CH con voz).
Para diferenciar la B explosiva (/b/) y la V de fricción (/v/)
- 'The bright brilliant boy bought a brand new bicycle.' (Todos son bilabiales de golpe /b/).
- 'We visited the village after receiving a video from a very nice woman named Vicky.' (Todos son labiodentales /v/ con dientes en el labio inferior).
- 'Justin Bieber bought a very big beaver.' (Alterna entre B y V).
Para diferenciar la 'I' corta (/ɪ/) de la 'I' larga (/iː/)
- 'Please sit on this seat.' (sit = /sɪt/ corta, seat = /siːt/ larga sonriente).
- 'He will leave the fish in the river.' (leave = /liːv/ larga, will/fish/in/river = /ɪ/ corta).
Para practicar ritmo y linking (Acentúa solo las negritas)
- 'I kiss for fun and it's fun to kiss.'
- 'I went to the doctor for a checkup.'
- 'I didn't want to be late for work so I called an Uber.'
